前述、Javaスクリプトで。と書きましたがこれはちょっとむずかしいので
キーの操作だけで、「文書の取り出し」ボタンまでたどり着けないかと考えました。
このキーの操作で面倒なのはブックマークバーが表示されている事ですので
これを非表示にして引っかかる部分を少なくし、逆順に（shift + tab）で
回せば良いと考えました。
（シフト+タブ）×17 + スペース + タブ + リターン で
「文書取り出し」ボタンをクリックする事が出来そうです。
次回の課題、宿題としたいと思います。
