当サイトの検索されたキーワードは、Wordpressのプラグインで取得できます。
どう言う語句をもとにして当サイトを訪問されたのかを調べるために、
それをロングテールごとに切り分ける作業をすることになります。
その切り分ける作業は、表計算ツール OpenOffice3.4.1で行います。
このOpenOfficeは各OSの分だけバージョンが有り、フリー（無料）でダウンロードが可能です。
各国語版のランゲージパックを別にインストールしなければなりませんから、少し骨が折れるのと、
少々癖がありますので、難しく感じられるかたは通常のExcel版がいいでしょう。
私は、Excel → NeoOffice → OpenOfficeという順に使ってきましたが、
このOpenOfficeが一番気に入っています。
手順としては、
- WordPressのプラグインから検索語句を取得
- テキストエディタに張り付けてプレーンテキストに
- OpenOfficeにコピペ
- CSV形式で書き出して一旦保存
- XLS形式で取り込み時に区切り記号を指定
- 語句の分割後にコピーして別シートか同一シートの他のセルに形式を選択してペースト。
（行と列の入れ替え）
という事で可能です。
こうすれば、ロングテールキーワード（検索語句をスペースでつなげたもの）ごとに分割することができます。

語句ごとにバラバラにするとデータベースに取り込んで処理しやすいかと思いますが、
訪問されたかたは、ひとつの単語で検索されたわけではありませんから、ロングテールにする必要があります。
そのため、少し切り分けかたを考えてロングテール（語句群）で切り分けることにしました。
こうすればあとで見返すのに便利です。
