FileMaker9の空白レイアウトでA3のレイアウトを作って入力していくと
手間がかかって煩雑ですので作り替えることにしました。
一業種に複数の業者さんが絡んだり、普段使わない業種等が出てくると
既存のレイアウトにきれいに納まりません。
また、一業者が複数の業種を担当することもありますので、
この点でも、値一覧の複数入力の必要もありました。
一行レイアウトで業種数を可変出来るもの、業種の拾い漏れがないものを考えました。
まず、マスターファイルから、担当者氏名をキーワードにして引っ張ります。
この際の注意は、マスターファイルの担当者氏名の中にスペースが入っている可能性があり、
半角、全角も含めてあらかじめ抜いておかなければなりません。
それにはトリム関数を使います。
これで、業者会社名、電話番号、担当者メールアドレス等を全部表示できます。
最初は担当者氏名をフルネームで正しく入力する必要がありますが、
オートコンプリートですので、二回目の入力からは予測変換が働きます。
次に、工種を見積書の工種ナンバーと一致させる必要があります。
そこで「はた」と困りました。
今度は見積書と業者リストを何のキーワードでリンクさせるかがわからないのです。
FileMaker/データベースの管理/フィールドを見ていても思いつきませんでした。
リレーションシップではダメなら、ルックアップはと考え直し、
フィールドのオプション/入力値の制限/値一覧名/値一覧の管理/編集
/他のファイルの値一覧を使用 で値一覧を取得しました。
目的のレイアウトには、日付を自動的に表示するようにフッタに「//」
ダブルスラッシュを配置してレイアウトの完成です。
一行レイアウトで、ヘッダとフッタを付ければもっともらしくなり体裁もいいと思います。
試しに印刷してみると、行数がたくさんある時は見にくいことに気がつきました。
一行ごとに色分けをする必要がある訳です。
以前のFileMaker6あたりでしたか、の頃はレイアウトに色づけをしてそれを
ブラウズモードにコピペして、計算機能で…などとやっていましたが、
それではいかにも面倒ですので、新機能の書式設定を使うことにしました。
しかしその書式設定でも値を指示する必要があります。
いろいろ考えた末に、行が偶数なら色を付け、奇数なら付けない。ということを考えました。
偶数なら2で割ればあまりなし、奇数ならあまりが1になるはずですので
MOD（行ナンバー/2）=0 が真なら背景に色を付ける。でいい訳です。
ということでリストが完成しました。
