レイアウト表示は表形式でフィールドの入れ替えが出来るように。
計算フィールドはありません。
日付フィールドを作れば後日の検索できて便利なのですが、今回は簡単に
全フィルードをテキストで、氏名、会社名、会社郵便番号、会社住所、
自宅住所、郵便番号、自宅電話番号が1レコードです。
あとは住所録のマスターファイルからデータを引っ張ります。
工事履歴を検索して、「2013/01/01…」という検索条件で検索して
氏名をお中元リストフィアルで入力して出来上がりです。
毎回行う定型作業は、ルーチン化しておくと便利です。
