工事をお受けする前に見積もりを書くのは通例ですが、一度だけ書くと言う事はまれで
大体は複数回見積もりを書く事が普通です。
その場合同じ様式で書くとバージョンが複数存在する事になりますから、混乱の元になります。
以前は似たバージョンの見積書が複数存在し、間違って多く請求したり、
また、同じような間違いでも少なく請求したりして、損失が出たこともあります。
それらを防ぐために、増減表（プラスマイナスが一覧でわかる表）を作りました。
FileMakerで基準日からの工事が増えたり減ったりしたいきさつがわかりやすくなりましたから
請求時のミスが減りました。
ところがそのときに問題が出ることがわかりました。
増減表の備考欄（施主様にお出しする表に書く注記）に書くほどでない備忘録の
欄を作ったのですが、施主ごと工事ごと（同一施主でリピーターの場合があります）に
表示させることが出来ないのです。
フィールドタイプ テキストの部分がうまく表示させることができません。
特定の施主名、特定の工事種別（リフォーム二回目とか）の時だけ表示させるのには
どうしたらいいかがわからず困りました。
グローバルフィールドなら全部表示されてしまうし、ポータルではうまくいかないし。
と、いろいろ悩んだ末に、同一フォルダ内にもうひとつファイルを作り、
必要な二条件と備忘録メモの計3フィールドだけの簡単なものにし、
以前作ったファイルA 今度作ったファイルA’

でファイル同士のリンクを張って、今回の目的のファイルA1’ フィールドA2で
ファイル/管理/データベース /タブ フィールド/メモ1/オプション/
タブ 入力値の制限/必要条件：値一覧名/値一覧の管理で必要な値一覧を設定します。
つまり、リンク先の他のファイルの値一覧を利用するのです。
値一覧のドロップダウンリストは同一のものを使ったほうが混乱がありませんから便利です。
それと、データベース/データベースの管理/リレーションシップの編集で、
主に使うファイルで新規データを作った時にサブのファイルA1’にも新規データが
作成されるようにしたほうが便利だと思います。
これで、同一邸名（施主）、同一工事種別（特定のリフォーム回数目）での
メモ、備忘録を表示させることができました。
しかし、完全には理解出来ていませんのでもう少し勉強が必要です。
