Windows系ではAccessになるかと思います。
自分は取っ付きやすい、リレーショナルデータベースになる以前からFileMakerを使っています。
頻繁に見積もりを書き替える時には個別のデータ（FileMakerではレコード）をコピーしてから、
旧レコードを対象外で不可視にしてから書き替えます。
それが一個二個ならともかく、100個以上になりますと大変手間がかかりますので、
以前ダルマ落としのScriptをネットから拾ってきて書いたことがありましたので参照しました。
現在対象になっている（表示されている）レコードを上から順番にコピーして対象外にしていく。
というスクリプトです。いくら有っても一瞬で終りますので楽チンです。
FileMakerで使う関数の疑問点はネット上で検索すればたいていのものは解決しますが、
解決方法を読んでも分からない、分かりにくいのがふたつあり、
ひとつはダルマ落とし、もうひとつは自己参照リレーションでしょう。
しかし、この二つを理解できれば頻繁に繰り返す事務作業効率が格段に向上するのではと思います。
