そのほかに画像やら、たまに使う書類やらがあって一杯になってしまいます。
まれにデスクトップからあふれるかたもいらっしゃるかと。
それをAppleScriptを使って階層化したメニューバーから開く。
というのが今回のお題です。
──────────用意するもの
① AppleScriptエディタ（これだけです。市販のアプリケーションはいりません）
まず、AppleScriptエディタを開きます。
メニューバー/AppleScriptエディタ/環境設定/一般 で、
メニューバーに「スクリプトメニューを表示」にチェックを入れます。
すると、FinderのメニューバーにAppleScriptのアイコンが表示されます。
アイコンをクリックすると内蔵されたフォルダーが階層表示されます。
この階層表示されたフォルダーの中にさきほどのファイルを開くAppleScriptをいれれば、
デスクトップがごちゃごちゃにならず、整理されますので数が増えてもスッキリした形になるわけです。
そして、AppleScriptエディタを開き、ウインドウの中でコントロールクリックします。
すると構文例がでますので、Tell Blocks/Tell Applicationを選択します。
tell application “”….と構文例が表示されますので、自分が使用するアプリケーション名を入力します。
これは間違うとエラーになりますから、アプリケーションの情報を見るから
コピーアンドペーストしたほうが無難です。
それと、書類の階層を調べます。automatorを使ってパスを調べ、パスをコピー&ペースト。

アプリケーションをアクティベート（起動させ、最前面に持ってくる）
↓
そのアプリケーションで書類を開く。
という順番です。
さらにこの書類を開くスクリプトをメニューバーのAppleScriptのフォルダに保存します。
とりあえずデスクトップに保存します。
目的のフォルダを開き、そこに保存します。フォルダを閉じます。
今回は名称未設定のフォルダを作り、それに入れました。
そこから再度開いてみます。
カラム化すると階層をたどって見て行けるので便利だと思います。
