1のダルマ落としはなんとかスクリプトで成功しました。

ダルマ落としスクリプトの本質を理解しているわけでは有りませんが
ネットで検索し自分の目的に有ったスクリプトを探して検証しカスタマイズして作りました。
正確にはダルマ落としでなく頭から「レコードを対象外へ」にして行っています。
しかし、目的の動作が出来ました。
建築の見積はレコード数では、大体新築で500から1000あります。
そのすべてのレコードを見積訂正ごとに部分的変更をすると最初の提出データがわからなくなり
混乱します。
そのため全データをコピーして一部分だけを訂正したものが必要になり
その全データをコピーする必要が有りました。
500から1000データを「レコード複製、コマンド+D」「レコードを対象外へ、コマンド+T」と
するには大変な作業です。
ですのでスクリプトで作業する必要が有りました。
この結果、見積データの提出データ、提出日の混乱がなくなり楽になりました。
その他に弊社見積テンプレートには下記の工夫が有ります。
1 個別掛け率を設定できるようにした。
2 数量入力落ちの場合のアラート（書式設定で背景を赤く表示）が表示できるようにした。
3 プリントプレビュー操作パネルでプレビューモードで印刷結果を確認できるようにした。
4 業者から受け取る見積データ（Excelファイル）を取り込めるようにした。
（今まではFAXあるいは紙ベース→メール添付Excelファイル、セル結合不可）
5 下作業としてExcelデータで受け取った業者見積ファイルの備考部分と見積品名のフィールドを
（テキストで）足し算をします。後日見積履歴の検索を容易にする為です。
以上の作業で見積の提出までの時間が短縮できたのではないかと思います。
